Dr. Gabriela Frometa is a general dentist at Professional Smiles. At a very young age, Gabriela enjoyed her dental appointments with her dentist and decided she wanted dentistry as her future career. Her passion for understanding the human mind and behavior led her to attain a bachelors in Psychobiology, graduating summa cum laude at La Sierra University. Gabriela completed her dental degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and was considered top 20 in her class.

Gabriela’s goal when interacting with patients is to provide optimal services that are tailored to the individual, and making the patient feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair.

Gabriela is married to Dr. Novi Frometa. Together, they enjoy traveling and exploring new places, staying active, and family time.

Dr. Carlos Vazquez, DMD, MS

Dr. Carlos Vazquez is a passionate and highly skilled general dentist with a strong foundation in clinical dentistry and anatomical science. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) and holds a Master of Science (MS) degree with a concentration in Anatomy. His advanced academic training provides him with a deep understanding of head and neck anatomy, enhancing his diagnostic accuracy, surgical precision, and overall patient care.

Known for his patient-centered approach and calm chairside manner, Dr. Vazquez strives to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and empowered about their oral health. He believes that dentistry is not just about treating teeth, but about improving lives through confident, healthy smiles.

Dr. Vazquez began his dental career with a strong interest in general and restorative dentistry. He has since expanded his scope to include advanced treatment planning, cosmetic procedures, and implant dentistry. His commitment to excellence is evident in his pursuit of comprehensive care strategies that restore both function and aesthetics for his patients.

As a member of the American Dental Association and participant in the Florida Mission of Mercy, Dr. Vazquez is constantly seeking opportunities for professional growth and community service.
